Some of ways we help teams is to guide them through team chartering exercises and work with them to help develop strategies to manage the challenges posed by in group/out group (social identity theory) factors. Using these as well as numerous other techniques honed throughout our careers,  we help unlock skills for everyone to form sustainable, cohesive teams and build empathy.
