Facilitation

Facilitation

Professional facilitation to enable rich thought-provoking discussions oriented around meaningful outcomes

  • Open space and Lean Coffee

  • Event orchestration

  • Small group mediation

Our goal when facilitating is to be the neutral, impartial party that guides the individual’s, team’s, or organization’s discovery process, holding to their defined purpose and definition of success.

Lean Coffee, fishbowl techniques, open spaces and mind mapping are just a few of the techniques we use to bring transparency, diversity and fun to what at times are hard to start or difficult conversations to move groups forward.

We help groups break free from internal obstacles or difficulties so that they can make decisions as a group, practice constructive conflict, and more effectively pursue the mission and vision of the team.

Visioning

Every company talks of their vision, it's generally understood to be what the company sees as the ultimate picture of the world.

Social Identity Theory

Social identity is a person’s sense of who they are based on their membership in a group.

Timebox

Likely everyone has heard this one in a meeting. In Agile principles, timeboxing sets a fixed and maximum unit of time to an activity, a timebox.
